What We Do
WestEast Y is four things.
First, we’re a co-working space. We help independent professionals and startup entrepreneurs get access to professional office space (with both private and semi-private spaces) at a reasonable cost without any long-term commitments.
Second, we’re an accelerator. We help new and experienced businesses grow faster. This is done by tapping into the Connections, Capital and Coaching of our founder who has plenty of experience in helping BC businesses grow.
Third, we offer a nice networking space for smallish groups. Our state-of-the-art boardroom is available for rent by the hour or day, for everything from brainstorming sessions on the whiteboard wall to video conferencing through a big flat-screen TV.
And fourth, we offer a professional video recording studio to create your own studio-quality videos. We’ve got you covered with everything you’ll need: From green screens and lights, to cameras and microphones – and for those of you in need of a little help, we have an award-winning videographer that you can book!

About the Founder
Brandon Roe is the founder of The WestEast Group, a firm that has made many millions of dollars over the past 18 years for clients in 43 industries, 8 countries and 3 languages. This ability to produce results for clients has resulted in the group’s 3-year growth of 455%. Brandon is a U40 Business Person of the Year Finalist, a philanthropist and a self-professed code geek.
In addition, Brandon is the founder of WestEast Y. It’s the vehicle he uses to show entrepreneurial folk how to create the same results for themselves that he’s created for WestEast clients.
WestEast Y was born after our marketing firm, WestEast Marketing, did something many business owners would consider radical: We stopped working in the office and all started working from home.
The entire staff – from project management to business development and everyone in between.
So we didn’t really need an office anymore. But we still had some years left in our lease. And we wanted to honour that.
So what could we do with the space? Lots of ideas were floated. We weren’t happy with any of them... until we looked at the accelerator / co-working / local networking concept.
About Our Neighbourhood
Our office is located in the Brookswood community of Langley, BC. We’re just north of the 40th Avenue and 200th Street intersection on the west side.
It’s a beautiful little spot to work, with a park right next door with trails and a small stream. There are a number of restaurants and cafes including Cravings, Starbucks, two Japanese places, a health food store, a local bakery, a McDonald’s, two pizza places and so on. Plus a supermarket, a Shoppers Drug Mart and plenty of other independents.
There is a bus out front that connects to the Langley Bus Loop. Drive wise, we’re 20 minutes from the 99 freeway and about 15 minutes from the TransCanada.
